Sasaya Shokudo

Sasaya Shokudo is a restaurant in Arashiyama, Kyoto that serves udon, soba, and rice bowls. It offers curry udon and oyakodon, and the oyakodon is made with very softly cooked egg. It opens at 11 AM, has no wait until 11:10 AM, and a line forms around 11:30 AM, with space inside for strollers. The broth and rice bowls are on the salty side.
