Arashiyama Daizen

Arashiyama Daizen is a sushi restaurant set slightly off the main street in Arashiyama, Kyoto, a ten-minute walk from Arabica Cafe. In winter it serves mushizushi, along with mackerel sushi and eel sushi, and the wasabi is added separately. Reservations in English can be made by Instagram DM, and orders can be placed from a photo menu in English and Korean. The owner and his wife handle both serving and cooking, so orders can back up at times.
