Usagi-ya Café

Usagiya Cafe serves wagashi and desserts that adapt dorayaki in the Ueno and Okachimachi area of Tokyo. Its signature Usadora French-yaki grills dorayaki crust and red bean paste in butter and serves it like French toast. Arriving by 9 a.m. allows you to order the Usa pancakes, which are limited each morning. Payment is cash only.
