Hitoma Coffee to Osake is a small cafe in Tokyo, a three-to-six minute walk from Inaricho Station, selling coffee, alcohol and seasonal fruit pudding. The homemade pudding has a firm texture and comes with unsweetened fresh cream and bitter caramel, alongside drinks such as cardamom coffee and five-spice coffee. It stays open until 2 a.m., and the seasonal pudding is reserved by DM after checking the day's quantity on the previous day's Instagram story. One person runs the place, so food can take more than 40 minutes to arrive.
