Cafe NIKI

Cafe NIKI is a basement cafe near Ueno-hirokoji Station in Tokyo that serves coffee and meals, and smoking is permitted at every seat. The panda cappuccino combines dark-roasted espresso with soft milk foam and a panda drawing. The large wood-toned space has leather-style chairs with backrests and an ashtray on each table. Because all seats are smoking seats, cigarette smoke is heavy.
