Tonbe

Tonbe is an izakaya in the basement of Akihabara in Tokyo that serves yakiton and yakitori. After the first drink, customers take glasses and ice from the refrigerator and pour their own beer or highball from the server. Orders are written on a check sheet and taken to the owner, who runs the shop alone. One person handles the service, so waits occur.
