Sapporo Junren is a ramen shop in Sapporo that serves Sapporo-style miso ramen, within walking distance of Sumikawa Station. Its signature combination is karami miso ramen with butter melted in, served with yellow chijire noodles made with a high proportion of egg. A line forms from opening time and waits continue through meal hours, and parking is available in front of the shop and across the street. The broth is strongly salty and rich, making it hard to drink to the end.
