Katsutoku Toyohira

Katsutoku Toyohira is a tonkatsu restaurant in Toyohira, Sapporo, serving sets of rosu katsu and ebi katsu. The pork has a crisp coating and plenty of juice, and rice and cabbage come with free refills. Around 2 p.m. there was no wait, and diners choose between white rice or ogokbap and between miso soup or tonjiru. The restaurant sits away from central Sapporo, so going out of the way to reach it is inconvenient.
