Namiki House is a wooden apartment building in Tokyo where Osamu Tezuka lived. It sits in an alley beside the approach to Zoshigaya Kishimojin-do, near Zoshigaya Station on the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line and Kishibojinmae Station on the Toden Arakawa Line. Tezuka moved here from Tokiwa-so and spent about three years drawing "Astro Boy" and "Princess Knight". Built in 1953 and registered as a national tangible cultural property, the building still uses its 11 rooms as residences and offices, so visitors can only view it from the outside; panels describing its original appearance are on the second floor of the nearby Zoshigaya information center.
