SKY CIRCUS Sunshine City 60 Observatory sits on the 60th floor of Sunshine City in Ikebukuro and offers a 360-degree view over central Tokyo. On clear days Mount Fuji is visible, and the observatory includes a cafe and photo spots. From Ikebukuro Station it is about an 800-meter walk, and the dedicated elevator from the basement first floor reaches the 60th floor in under a minute. Tickets are issued from a machine and shown to staff, and the view is weaker than that of other observatories such as Tokyo Tower or Skytree.
