Sokcho Hoechojang is a hoe restaurant inside Tongyeong Jungang Market. It serves rockfish and flounder sliced raw, with maeuntang on the side. You get your hoe cut at the right side of the market entrance, then carry it into the restaurant and receive the table setting. The restaurant's interior is small.
