Luminoso is a cafe in Dongpirang, Tongyeong. It serves yuja cake and a blue sea latte, and the yuja cake takes three days to make. From the rooftop, you can look down at Mireuksan and the sea off Ganggu-an, and dogs are allowed indoors. The yuja cake can be taken out only if you call in advance.
