Cafe The Place Nyeok is a cafe in Yongnam-myeon, Tongyeong, with a view of the sea. It sells nyeok syupener, coffee, and bread. You order on the first floor, then take the elevator up to the seventh-floor sky lounge. The seventh floor is a rotating observation deck that completes one turn in about two hours, so seats on the top floor are often unavailable.
