Arse is a garden cafe in a small seaside village in Tongyeong that sells coffee, drinks, and bread. Its garden has hydrangeas in summer and camellias in winter, and the second-floor window seats look out over the sea through a full-width window. There is plenty of indoor seating, a back garden path to walk, and flower tea, body lotion, and body wash for sale. Weekends and public holidays are crowded.
