Yakiniku Restaurant BEEF×CRAFTSMAN Tokyo Yotsuya is a charcoal grill restaurant serving yakiniku and wagyu cuts, a one- to two-minute walk from Yotsuya-sanchome Station and close to Arakicho. Galbi, harami and tongue are cut thick and grilled over charcoal, then eaten with sauce, salt, lemon or wasabi for a change of flavor. On weekdays lunch opens at 12, and the galbi set comes with salad, two kinds of kimchi and soup. The dining room is kept clean down to the floor, without the greasiness typical of grilled meat restaurants.
