Uosho

Uosho is a Japanese restaurant in the Asakusa Sensoji area of Tokyo that serves fugu and hamo tendon rice bowls. The fugu tendon bowl comes with a large amount of tempura on top and is served with miso soup. Orders are taken in the order customers enter, and food arrives about 30 to 40 minutes after ordering. There is no notice of the wait time, which is inconvenient if your schedule is tight.
