Tori Chuu is an izakaya in Uchikanda, Chiyoda City, Tokyo, where local customers make up most of the clientele. It serves skewers such as negima and chicken skin, along with soju and free side dishes, and the soju is poured over ice into a tin cup. When the seats are full, customers eat at a standing counter and are moved to a table as soon as one opens, with the table reset for them. There is no English or Korean menu, so a translation app is needed to order.
