Tonkatsu Kaya

Donkatsu Kaya is a small tonkatsu restaurant between Kayabacho Station and Hatchobori Station that serves rosu katsu teishoku and hire katsu. It fries each order to order in front of you and provides separate sauces for the cutlet and the cabbage, with the first bite eaten with Himalayan rock salt. An elderly couple runs it, and there are only counter seats. Miso soup, pickled cabbage, and rice come with the meal.
