Sushi Sho Saito is a sushi restaurant in Akasaka, Tokyo, about a three-minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station, serving Edomae sushi and omakase. The meal alternates between side dishes and nigiri, and includes ohagi made with tuna and pickled daikon, along with both white shari and red vinegar shari. The interior has only 11 sunken-floor counter seats, and the course runs to more than 30 items. Reservations must be made several months in advance because of high demand.
