Sushi Wasabi

Sushi Wasabi is a sushi restaurant in front of Yotsuya-sanchome Station in Tokyo. It serves only omakase, with one dish followed by sushi pressed by the chef. It is a 10-second walk from Exit 4, and the female abalone is steamed for three hours while the sea urchin is aged for a week and served as shabu-shabu. The counter has nine seats, so the space is small.
