Sober

Sober is a soba bar in Dogenzaka that serves soba alongside alcohol. The saba soba puts canned mackerel, myoga, and radish sprouts on cold noodles, with thin noodles and a strong tsuyu broth. It sits on an upper floor of a miscellaneous goods building with no sign, and has a bar counter with dim lighting, jazz, and traditional decorations plus mahjong-table-like tables. Cigarette smoke is strong even beside the food.
