Sakura Sushi is a standing sushi counter on the basement first floor of the HOPE dining hall at the west exit of Ikebukuro Station in Tokyo. It serves pieces ordered individually, including a set of three maguro pieces and three hon-maguro pieces, along with salmon, aji, and suzuki. The counter-only space fills up with about 10 people, and turnover is fast, so entry moves quickly even when there is a line. Because the space is small, expect to queue before eating.
