Rikyu is a beef tongue restaurant inside Tokyo Station's south exit, serving a gyutan set meal and an eel and beef tongue set. The signature gyutan set comes with beef tongue, barley rice, tail soup, side dishes, and daifuku, and the amount of rice can be chosen. On weekdays around 11 a.m. seats fill quickly, and it stays crowded around noon. The beef tongue can be tough or lukewarm depending on how the outside and inside are cooked.
