Mita Seimenjo

Tsukemen specialty shop Mita Seimensho is on the sixth floor of DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, a five-minute walk from Tokyo Teleport Station. The tokunou tsukemen pairs thick, springy noodles with a rich fish-and-pork broth for dipping, and the shop also offers abura soba and karaage. Orders are placed by scanning a QR code with a smartphone, with support for English, Chinese, and Korean. A recorded wait of about 15 minutes to enter at noon on a weekday exists.
