Mikuniya

Mikuniya is a freshwater eel restaurant on the first floor of the Takashimaya shopping center in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. It serves unaju, eel over rice, with soft eel and a sweet sauce. On weekdays at lunch the wait is about 10 minutes, and on busy days about 30 minutes seated on chairs, with payment in cash. The eel has small bones and leaves a fishy taste.
