Menya Kokoro is a Taiwanese-style mazesoba shop near Hatchobori Station in Tokyo. Its main dish is thick noodles mixed with a spicy meat seasoning, and rice is mixed into the remaining seasoning afterward. The shop draws enough customers at lunch to form a line, and diners change the flavor midway by adding kelp vinegar. The seasoning is on the salty side.
