Ebisu Sushi Fujimasa is a second-floor sushi restaurant about a three-minute walk up the hill from Ebisu Station's west exit, serving an omakase course built around tuna and seasonal fish. The course includes shari made with red vinegar, five kinds of tuna, sea urchin, eel, and squid, along with dishes such as hamo shabushabu. The chef prepares seasonal ingredients in front of guests at a calm L-shaped counter, where communication is possible in Korean and English. Prices are high, so frequent visits are difficult.
