Bakuzanbou

Bakuzanbo is a soba restaurant in Nakameguro that serves handmade nihachi soba, tempura, and duck seiro. It grinds domestic brown rice and buckwheat on a millstone, boils the noodles to order, and serves the duck seiro with warm duck broth for dipping. A line forms before opening at lunch, and waits of more than ten minutes after ordering have occurred, so allow extra time. The soba portions are on the small side.
