亜米麻辣湯（ヤミーマーラータン）

Yami Malatang is a Chinese restaurant in Osaka that serves malatang and malaxiangguo. The malatang uses a medicinal broth, and the malaxiangguo comes with a choice of spice level. You fill a bowl with ingredients, weigh it, choose your spice level, and take a calling tag to your seat. Spice level 2 is moderately numbing and spicy, while level 3 is a bit spicier than Shin Ramyun.
