Matsuyoshi

Matsuyoshi Kkochijip is a one-minute walk from Tsuruhashi Station in Osaka, under the Kinki and JR elevated tracks, where beef gopchang (grilled intestines) and meat are grilled over charcoal as skewers. Cuts such as tansashi, kimo, harami, and shimino are ordered and eaten with cabbage and a miso sauce. It opens at 4 p.m., and the seats fill up about an hour after opening. There is no tourist menu, and orders that ask about each item one by one are not welcomed.
