Kushimatsuya

Kushimatsuya is an izakaya under the elevated tracks at Tsuruhashi Station in Osaka, serving skewers and horumon dishes. The skewers come in several cuts, and the menu also includes offal hoe such as mino hoe and senmai hoe, along with gimbap and jeon. The mino hoe has a crisp, chewy texture without any gamy smell. Foreign customers receive dismissive service.
