Kushi Hatchin is a beef and horumon kushiyaki restaurant under the elevated tracks near the west exit of JR Tsuruhashi Station in Tsuruhashi, Osaka. The liver teppanyaki is cooked to your preferred doneness on a small griddle and eaten dipped in sesame oil, and cuts such as tan, tsurami and shimino can be ordered in small portions. The first floor has 10 counter seats plus four-person and two-person tables, and the second floor has eight four-person tables. The restaurant fills with smoke, which leaves a smell on your clothes.
