Daimon is a skewer grill restaurant under the elevated tracks at Tsuruhashi Station in Osaka, grilling beef and pork offal and meat over fire. It serves cuts such as gopchang (grilled intestines), beef tongue, and harami, glazed with a sweet tare, and sengsenmai dipped in spicy doenjang. Customers come and go quickly, so tables turn over fast even when the place is full. Seats are close together, which makes it uncomfortable to stay long.
