Boteju is an okonomiyaki and yakisoba restaurant on the 10th floor of Tennoji Mio in Osaka. The okonomiyaki is fluffy, and the yakisoba uses thick, chewy noodles coated in a sweet sauce. Orders are placed on a smartphone via a QR code at the table, and the pork modan-yaki arrives on a hot iron griddle about 20 minutes later. The salad and orange juice come in small portions.
