Abeton is an okonomiyaki restaurant in Tennoji, Osaka. It serves cheese omu-soba and okonomiyaki straight from the teppan. Arriving between 5:40 and 5:50 in the evening means a 20 to 30 minute wait, and orders are taken during the wait. Counter seats let you watch the cooking, but they are hot.
