Yu Chi Sushi

Yu Chi Sushi is an omakase sushi restaurant in central Taipei. Its ingredients and combinations vary, from Hokkaido oysters, sea urchin, and raw lobster to three-day aged tuna and grilled sushi served under a sea urchin cake. The restaurant has a standalone private room, and diners who do not speak Chinese can have each menu item explained through a translation device to place an order. The freshness of the ingredients and the completeness of the flavors fall short for the price.
