VG the Seafood Bar, Taipei

VG the Seafood Bar is a seafood bar in the Xinyi Anhe alleys of Taipei, in Da'an District, serving seafood alongside wine. It draws out the sweetness of oysters, scallops, squid, and seasonal fish using European, Japanese, and Nordic cooking methods. South African oysters and the cold seafood platter require a reservation one day in advance, and the space includes a semi-open kitchen and a separate room.
