牛味

Niu Wei is a Chinese noodle shop on Hulin Street in the Guangju Village area of Xinyi District, Taipei, near Exit 4 of Yongchun Station. It serves beef half-tendon half-meat beef noodle soup and spicy beef noodle soup, with a choice of four noodles including thick round ramen. Side dishes come as four kinds mixed on one plate, tea and pickled vegetables are self-serve, and each bowl is boiled to order after ordering. Even the small beef noodle soup contains three pieces of beef, enough for one person.
