Torikin Ramen

Torikin Ramen is a ramen shop across from National Taipei University of Technology in the Guanghua commercial area, serving chicken paitan ramen. The paitan bowl comes with chashu, chicken breast, wontons, a soft-boiled egg, and seaweed, and the thin noodles can be ordered at four firmness levels. Orders and payment are made at a ticket machine outside before entering, and seating is a partitioned counter with around ten seats. The interior is small, so during busy hours parties are seated apart.
