The Duck House (Goose) is a Taiwanese restaurant in Taipei that serves goose meat with rice noodles and wheat noodles. The rice noodles are thin, the wheat noodles have a ramen-like texture, and the broth is seasoned with chili or vinegar. You have to get your own utensils, and the noodle portions are not large. The goose meat is served cold and has many small bones, which makes it hard to debone.
