西門內疆串燒

Simen Negang is a grill house near Ximending Honglou in Wanhua District, Taipei, selling skewers and beer. Chicken wings are spread open and grilled on skewers, and king oyster mushrooms are grilled to keep their juice. Shrimp and chicken meat and chicken hearts coated in cumin are on the salty side. Beer is taken from the refrigerator and counted at payment.
