Peppa

Peppa is a bistro in Taipei that serves vegetable and seafood dishes. Its signature items are a charred watermelon salad and pea flour dumplings, and each dish comes with its own dedicated sauce. Wine is available by the glass, half bottle, or bottle. The open kitchen uses charcoal without greasy smoke, and bar seats look onto the cooking, while the direct-fire fish and cabbage salad carry bitterness from their blackened parts.
