凪NAGI－忠孝店

Nagi Zhongxiao is a Japanese ramen shop near Zhongxiao Dunhua Station in Taipei. Its signature bowl is the Black King, served with a rich tonkotsu broth topped with chashu, wood ear mushrooms, and scallions. Spice levels can be adjusted from 1 to 10, and the table is set with shichimi powder, ground sesame, pepper, bean sprouts, and pickled vegetables. The chashu carries a Chinese-style aroma and a gamey smell.
