Ken Mochiya is a Japanese restaurant in the Xinyi Xintiandi A4 department store in Taipei that serves unagi donburi and an eel and lobster set. The eel is grilled so the outside is lightly crisp and the bones are barely noticeable. On weekday evenings the restaurant is not crowded, staff ask how much rice you want when you order, and the space is roomy. The set menu portions are on the small side.
