Culina Nova is a Taipei restaurant in Zhongshan District that serves Singaporean-style bakuteh noodles, tomato beef noodles, fried noodles, and desserts. Its signature bakuteh pairs springy noodles and tender meat in a clear broth led by white pepper and garlic, and the meat can be chosen. The limited-quantity king rib bakuteh comes with a dipping sauce and five pieces of chili, with spice level marked by two chilis. The broth is lighter than the Singaporean version.
