Adachi足立壽司

Adachi Sushi is a reservation-only omakase sushi counter in an alley in Xinyi District, Taipei. The chef ages carefully prepared Hokkaido sea urchin and premium fish, then forms the sushi at the counter. Seats are very few, and guests book their next visit on site after the meal. The waiting list runs for months, making a seat difficult to secure.
