Smith & Hsu

Smith & Hsu is a cafe in the Nanjing Linsheng area of Taipei that serves tea, scones, and afternoon tea. Customers smell tea leaves from small jars before choosing, then order a pot of tea together with scones. The English-style three-tier afternoon tea can take more than 30 minutes to arrive, and the tea is refillable. There is a minimum order per person and tea must be ordered, which makes visiting alone burdensome.
