Silk Sweet絹絲谷｜乳酪蛋糕&巧克力

Silk Sweet is a dessert shop selling cheesecake and chocolate in Bellavita in Xinyi District, Taipei. The cheesecake is not overly sweet and has a strong cheese flavor, while the raw chocolate is bittersweet with a soft texture. Five or six kinds of cheesecake can be sampled, and staff explain the cheese types and how to eat them. One person handles both orders and serving, so food comes out slowly.
