銀波 Silver Lining

Silver Lining is a bar in Taipei, about a five-minute walk from Liuzhangli Station. It serves creative cocktails made with Taiwanese ingredients and fermented components, including tea cocktails, fruit cocktails, cocktails with house-made nuruk and fermented drinks, oolong tea martinis, and kaya toast. Customers order cocktails by telling the bartender their preferred liquor, fruit, and level of sourness or sweetness. Inside there is also a small room-style seating area that fits several people.
