地酒博物館Distillery Museum

Jijiu Museum Distillery Museum is a bar on the upper floor of Wonmengzai Chicken in a dark alley in Taipei, serving Taiwanese cocktails and fruit and tea cocktails. Its signature drinks are Cheonwoo, which is sweet and sour like kumquat lemon, and the Japanese-style Rich Apple. Without a menu, customers describe the flavor they want and the bartender makes a cocktail to match, and the fried squid is served with a lemon flavor and a crisp black batter. When customers crowd in, one bartender can handle the entire floor.
